You’ll Need:

Step 1: Pause + Ground (1 min)
Stand or sit with both feet on the floor. Feel your connection to the ground. Let your shoulders soften. Take one deep breath.
Step 2: Breathe + Feel (2 min)
Close your eyes. Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth with a soft sigh. Let your body speak. Feel what’s here.
