This is a standing practice that focuses on opening the shoulders and arms. Draw grounded strength up through the soles of your feet and remain actively engaged in the lower hemisphere. Breathe deeply into the shoulders and the back of the heart, let the breath flow freely along your arms, forearms, wrists and hands. Awareness flows through you seeking the spaces of the most resistance and pausing to breathe into any discomfort you may be experiencing. Breathe to the edge.
