That's why I've designed a 7-day yogic rest challenge that focuses on releasing pent up stress and encourages you to slow down.   I know how important it is to prioritize self-care, even for busybodies. Our challenge together begins on October 23! We'll launch in a live Zoom connection and talk about how to do the practices, their benefits, and how to customize them.

Can't make the live call? No worries! The Replay will be sent out for you to watch and there will be an introduction to the practices provided with the practice itself. 

You'll then have access to the pre-recorded, on demand video so you practice when it suits you!
