A dysregulated nervous system can cause you to be easily triggered, cloud your judgment, cause you to make more mistakes, and overall hinder your ability to show up as you. Don't wait until it's too late and/or you are deep in burnout.

In today's world, we are incurring more stress than ever before. Global events as well as personal demands on time and energy are bombarding our nervous systems, increasing the production of stress-hormones, causing many to experience dysregulation within their minds, bodies, and souls. And for many, they have little support in managing this excessive strain and stress hormones end up trapped in the body.

A Sadhana practice, however, is inherently designed to work through the Koshas, balance and regulate the nervous system, and encourages alignment between thoughts and action.

This Masterclass will cover the Koshas, discuss how a Sadhana supports harmony within, and will teach the connection between the nervous system and a daily practice. It will discuss how to integrate a daily practice into your life in sustainable ways to make long-lasting changes in your life.

If you are an existing yoga teacher, you will earn 2 hours YA approved CE credits, and it will help you understand how and why to weave the other limbs of yoga (beyond just the asana practice) into your classes and your students' lives, helping them deepen their yoga practice.
