Megan Sax is the creator of Earth Medicine Yoga, a practice that weaves together movement, ritual, seasonal wisdom, sound, and contemplative practice to help people live in rhythm with life.

For more than 20 years, she has guided students through yoga, meditation, sound healing, and embodied practices that cultivate presence, self-trust, and a deeper relationship with the natural world.

She and her Beloved have been hired for their signature Sacred Sonic Odyssey offering by CoSM, and Zach’s Wishes for Miracles, cancer survivor retreats, birthday’s, and celebrations. They currently offer private Sonic Odyssey journeys that create a space for profoundly transformative experiences and are available for group retreats and gatherings. 

Her work is also deeply informed by years of studying and supporting psychedelic preparation and integration. As a psychedelic facilitator and space holder, Megan understands that meaningful transformation doesn't happen only during profound experiences—it unfolds through the everyday practices that help us integrate what we've learned and embody it in our lives.
