Notice the signals before overwhelm and burnout take over.
A $55 self-paced course for overwhelmed, burned out women who want to listen to their body, understand their habits, and recognize when they are starting to lose their shit before they are already in it.
Your body is usually speaking before the breaking point arrives.
The tight chest.
The clenched jaw.
The scrolling, snapping, shutting down, overexplaining, or pushing through.
Noticing the Signs helps you slow down enough to hear what your body and habits are telling you.
Not so you can fix yourself.
So you can understand yourself before overwhelm, exhaustion, and burnout run the whole room.
The shift
You do not need to wait until you are crying in the bathroom, snapping at someone you love, or feeling completely disconnected from yourself to pay attention.
There are signals before that.
Small ones.
Repeated ones.
Signals in your body.
Signals in your habits.
Signals in your tone, your pace, your cravings, your avoidance, your exhaustion.
This course helps you notice those signals sooner, with less shame and more compassion.
Because awareness is not about judging yourself.
It is aboutĀ developing an intimate relationship with yourself.
This course is for you if
You feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, burned out, or tired of holding everything together.
You may be moving through your days on autopilot.
You may know something is off, but not know how to name it until it spills out sideways.
You may tell yourself you are fine, then realize you are not fine at all.
You may be craving a slower, more honest way to understand what is happening inside you.
Noticing the Signs gives you a simple place to begin.
Inside the course, you will learn how to
- Listen to your body without overthinking every sensation
- Pay attention to the habits that show up when you are stressed, tired, resentful, or overloaded
- Recognize the early signs that you are losing your shit
- Pause before your nervous system takes over
- Reflect on your patterns without turning them into another reason to criticize yourself
- Build a gentler relationship with the signals you have been taught to ignore
This is not about becoming perfectly calm.
It is about becoming more aware, more honest, and more able to care for yourself in real time.
What is inside
Noticing the Signs is a self-paced course with grounded lessons, reflective prompts, and simple practices you can return to when life feels loud.
You will be guided to explore:
- What your body feels like before overwhelm or burnout takes over
- The habits and behaviors that tend to appear when you are reaching capacity
- The difference between pushing through and paying attention
- How to create a personal map of your own warning signs
- How to respond to yourself with steadiness instead of shame
- How to build small rituals of noticing into your real life
You do not need a perfect morning routine.
You do not need more pressure.
You need a quiet place to listen.
A personal note
I created Noticing the Signs because I know how easy it is to miss the early signals.
For a long time, I thought overwhelm and burnout arrived all at once.
Then I started noticing the truth.
It had been building in my body.
It had been showing up in my habits.
It had been speaking through my irritation, exhaustion, avoidance, and need to control everything.
I just did not know how to listen without making myself wrong, without adhering to old stories about pushing through.
This course was created from that place.
Not from perfection.
From practice.
From learning to pause, reflect, and ask:
What is my body trying to tell me right now?
That question can change the way you move through your day.
What this is not
This is not a course that tells you to calm down and move on.
This is not about forcing gratitude over exhaustion.
This is not about becoming the version of yourself who never gets overwhelmed.
This is a course that helps you notice what is already happening inside you with more honesty and less judgment.
You are not too much.
You are receiving information.
This course helps you learn how to read it.
Ritual and reflection
The work inside Noticing the Signs is simple, but it is not shallow.
You will be invited to slow down.
To place a hand on your body and check in.
To look at your patterns with curiosity.
To write down what you notice.
To name what usually happens before the spiral.
To begin creating small moments of choice before overwhelm takes over.
These practices are meant to feel doable.
Soft enough to return to.
Clear enough to use when you need them.
The offer
Noticing the Signs is $55.
You receive self-paced access to the course so you can move through it in your own time, in your own space, and at your own capacity.
Come back to the lessons when you feel disconnected.
Return to the prompts when you notice old patterns rising.
Use the practices as a gentle reset when your body starts asking for your attention.
This is a small course for a meaningful shift:
Learning to notice yourself before you disappear into overwhelm.
