Your 7-minute Bumble Bee Breath practice
I provide a short explanation about the breath and ways to deepen the intention behind the practice.
There are a variety of ways to practice this breathwork and I provide a few options for. you to choose from.
Before you begin
Consider bringing some tea with you to soothe the throat while you watch the intro and for after you practice.
Keep the sound easy. Keep the breath kind. If you feel dizzy, strained, or uncomfortable, pause and return to normal breathing.
