You have five minutes.

Let's interrupt the pattern.

You don't need to do anything perfectly.

You don't need to clear your schedule or create the perfect conditions.

Just press play.

Afterward,
take a minute.

Don't immediately jump back into whatever you were doing.

Notice.

How do you feel now?

What do you notice in your body?

What's different—even if it's subtle?

And maybe most importantly:

What do I need right now?

You don't have to have a profound answer.

Maybe you need to keep moving.

Maybe you need to rest.

Maybe you need to drink some water.

Maybe you need to make a phone call you've been avoiding.

Maybe you need to do absolutely nothing for another five minutes.

The point isn't to get the “right” answer.

It's to start paying attention.

Keep going

If this little practice gave you something to work with, don't worry about doing it perfectly every day.

Use it when you need it.

Come back to it when you notice yourself getting pulled into the same old patterns.

Experiment.

Notice what changes.

And start getting curious about what your own signals are trying to tell you.

Because this is really the work:

Notice. Listen. Choose.

You are the leader of your own process.

I'm Megan.

A little note from me

I'm really glad you're here.

I created this practice because I know how easy it is to keep moving through your life without stopping long enough to ask yourself what's actually going on.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You just need to be willing to listen.

Choose your own adventure.
